The schoolhouse where she attended class in segregated southwest Tennessee was saved from demolition and transformed into the world's only Tina Turner Museum. The museum features one-of-a-kind artifacts from Turner's personal collection including awards, costumes, and even her grade school year book when she was still known by her real name - Anna Mae Bullock.

Those DJs include The Real Don Steele and Kelly's friend, "Wolfman Jack".  Shotgun Tom, who spent 20 years doing Afternoon Drive on K-EARTH 101 in Los Angeles, earned a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for his work in broadcasting. He currently hosts the evening request show on SiriusXM's 60s channel - 60's Gold.
