In addition to being a Senior Associate at Hazen and Sawyer, Moalie is a Board Member and the Audit Committee Chair at Maryland Environmental Service. It is in this latter capacity that she has helped to bring mentoring and internships to the youth of the community, creating a win-win for the participants and the industry in terms of creating a passion for water and a pipeline for future labor. Speaking of pipelines, Moalie also addresses the lead and copper issue in schools, as well as other infrastructure issues and problems of equity and sustainability.
