The principle of the tithe is so important that it needed its own episode. Although you will not find us in total agreement on this topic, what you will find is a healthy discussion and honest presentation of what the Bible says about the destination of the tithe. And what is totally true is that many leaders in the church, in their quest to look out for their own well-being and their own desires, have forgotten about the Biblical mandate that we all have to take care of and provide for the widow, the orphan, the needy, and the trafficked. We will read what the Bible shares about the purpose of the tithe and understand managing the funds that are given to extend the work of the Lord is a high and holy calling.
