Welcoming a new baby into the world is a transition for the whole family and our birth stories will reflect that. My hope for the podcast is shine a light on a life changing experience so many of us have but so rarely get to share. If theres something I can be certain of, there's is ALWAYS someone you know who has been through something incredible. Sharing those stories brings us closer together and makes us all feel a little more human.

It reminded me that no matter what a labor story looks like on paper, how we feel coming away from the experience is what's most important. And the path we take to heal from that experience is our own.
