Eating, drinking, anything fitness related, we have often have many options, it's up to us as individuals to choose what is best for us at that moment, whether for just that snack or meal or to work with what our current goal is. I know for me, I am having to be more aware of what I am ordering to drink when out for meals, since getting something out of habit can be easily done so unconsciously. I've learned to just default to ordering water, which so far has helped, plus its normally cheaper that way.
RUCKING! I have grown to love what I have done so far and enjoy getting out and doing. Unfortunately this week, I reinjured and injury I never knew I had, being a fracture in my foot/ankle. So with that, I am having to already take a very disappointing break in doing any rucking, hopefully only for a short time. So now, I am having to adapt and work with other options to keep me in the right direction. It may be a blessing in disguise in way, but I'll come back stronger and better.
