Welcome to the Parenting Kids with Complex Needs podcast! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Carolyn, a mom of an amazing complex child. I'm also an educator and emotional intelligence coach. I've been navigating this journey for over 10 years. My son was diagnosed with two brain conditions at just 10 months old, and since then, we’ve faced surgeries, many medical issues, sensory challenges, and educational hurdles.

I know how overwhelming it can be to sift through endless resources, advocate for your child, and still try to care for yourself. That’s why I created this podcast: to be a "hub" for families raising children with complex needs. Together, we’ll explore topics like medical care, education, financial stress, emotional resilience, and the importance of taking care of yourself.
