Melissa is a mom of two boys (8&4), wife, and a nurse.

After her traumatic childhood including parental addiction and abuse, a school shooting at age 15, and witnessing her brother's death at age 18, that unresolved trauma led to severe physical symptoms.

After spending 20+ years healing herself with the help of God and natural remedies, she transitioned from traditional nursing to become a Trauma-Informed Functional Health Coach and now guides women in healing their mind, body, and spirit through mind-body connection, somatic work, nervous system regulation, lab testing, lifestyle changes, and nutrition so they can show up in all things as the women and mothers they want to be!
