With over 10 years' experience, Alex shares how Type 1 Diabetes, Gastroparesis and mobility issues affects her day to day working life whilst working within the music industry and how workplaces can better cater to creatives with disabilities. Unseen, Unheard report brings together extensive survey findings and first-hand insights of intersectional prejudice.
