This is the seventh part of a multi-part series series where throughout we will be discussing our experiences with depression and some of the effects depression had on us from our mental health to our personal lives and how we got through our day to day lives whilst battling this mental health illness, learning to understand it and how we sought help to address, control and resolve our depression.
