    Then, on the rest of the menu, Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear signed an executive order banning “conversion therapy” for minors, skirting the Republican-led state legislature and setting up a likely legal challenge; the editor of the Haitian Times, along with scores of other prominent Haitians, have been the targets of police swatting attempts since Monday; and an EPA inspector general report found during the Trump administration, agency scientists were retaliated against for refusing to delete evidence of harm from new chemicals, including cancer, miscarriage and neurological problems, from their reports.

    After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where the DOJ indicted a Chinese national for a spearphishing campaign against NASA, the FAA, and the Air Force; and, Hungary refuses to pay fines for breaking EU asylum rules, but Brussels is taking the money anyway.
