From studying ancient philosophy, to metro police, to federal investigator; Joe shares with us the path he took to where he is today. Working through his processes and collaborating with fellow employees, Joe is enjoying his time and learning new things everyday. Also, when it comes to brisket and home brewing his own beer, Joe has the answers for it all. 

As a bartender, you are not only providing beverages and food; you are providing conversation and building relationships. During our conversation with TJ (Farva), we talk about how he got into the restaurant business and how it has enabled him to live in some pretty cool locations and meet some extraordinary people. Growing up with an autistic older brother, she knew at a young age that she was meant to care for any and all that are in need of a friendly face and an intelligent process to help develop positive learning and communication patterns. 

Going to the dentist is not always number one on people's minds when they consider their overall health. We sit down with Corey, a general dentist and dentistry practice owner, to hear about the daily activities that take place. Managing 11 full time staff and working with literally hundreds of patients a week, Corey describes that although his days are long and exhausting, having a fantastic and organized team, he is truly loving going to work each day. 

Parents hold a lot of influence on their children. From a young age, Lia says that her grandparents put a stethoscope in her hands to guide her to the path of medicine. Luckily for women everywhere, she has fulfilled her families wishes. Lia is presently on her last year of residency and shares with us the journey that she has taken thus far to get where she is at. She pays homage to the exceptional teachers and mentors that she has been fortunate enough to learn from. Her drive to continue to learn and to help her patients are what allows her to look forward to her 14 hour days with a smile on her face and a warm hello when she walks in the room.  

It is an exceptional opportunity to be passionate about your job and to really be an advocate of your craft. In this episode, we talk to Nick who has been tattooing professionally for over a decade. Nick emphasizes his drive to learn continually and to study those that have came before him to his ability to provide artwork to his customer's skin. Being a trained classical artist and transferring his skills into tattooing, Nick has truly found his outlet for creative expression.
