What Has Self-Worth Got To Do With Success?

    • In today’s episode I will talk about the connection between Self-Worth and the quality of life that we live. Or even the success that we allow into our life … or NOT.
    • We will cover how our self-worth can be diminished and on the flip side;
    • How we can rebuild our self-love and take control of destructive self-talk or limiting beliefs that stop us from achieving our next goal.

    How you can exterminate your ANT's - Automated Negative Thoughts?
    MENTAL ASPECT

    1. When you notice an ANT entering your mind, recognise it – imagine it being like a sushi train – like in the Sushi restaurant, where the little dishes evolve. The thought is just one of many passing, but once you are aware of it not being beneficial for you or even destructive – YOU can consciously leave it on the plate and let it pass. VERY POWERFUL game. 2-3 Minutes a day.

    2. When you hear yourself say an Automated Negative Thought – SAY STOP and correct them.

    3. Identify your ‚favourite‘ ANTs – Well the most common ones – Kill the ANT’s by writing them down and in WRITING – contradict them actively – argument with positive thoughts and statements. PRAISE yourself over and over again.

    PHYSICAL ASPECT:

    · Treat yourself on the outside – Physical satisfaction
    · Go to the hairdresser, showering, bathing is like a re-birth each time.
    · Wear Perfume – for yourself – not only for others – because you’re worth it.
    · Treat your SELF with healthy organic foods and drinks.
    · So, so if you look in the mirror in the morning – don’t focus on the one new wrinkle under your eye. Tell yourself how beautiful you look. As a matter of fact – write it onto the mirror as a reminder – with a posted note or lipstick.
    · Stop comparing yourself to others – you can only lose. YOU ARE WHO YOU ARE and you are AMAZING how you are! Perfect and unique!
