When They Go Low - We Go Stealth

During the tumultuous 2016 election season, our then @Flotus, First Lady Michelle Obama famously said at the Democratic National Convention when referring to the opposing political party, that “when they go low, we go high.”  It was a referendum to have decorum in what had become an ugly and uncivil climate and an encouragement to take the higher road and to pursue excellence.  In this discussion we put our own spin on this in the workplace.  Sometimes we know we all want to go LOW, LOW…like all the way to the FLO’ LOW,…but we often can’t and still keep our jobs, our brand and our power.  However, it doesn’t mean we get played.
