"So we have these little snowmen. They sit on swings, and almost every year, for no apparent reason, those snowmen start swinging. And I like to tell myself that's her saying hello, you know? Unfortunately, they got ruined. But I had a pair of boots of hers. They were her favorite. She wore them just about everywhere. They were kind of like uggs, but knockoff Uggs. They were like off white fur around the ankles."

"And for me, it actually was something physically wrong going on in my head. Not just my mental health, but for a year and a half, I had to fight with doctors because all they saw was my mental health. And finally, after three excruciating thunderclap migraines and an eye bleed, I convinced a emergency room doctor to refer me to a neuro. A neurologist, obviously. Sorry. And as you can see, that's the reason I go to a neurologist. You can."

"It's up to the individual to make their decision, but sometimes someone looks for help when they're in duress and they're not thinking clearly, and it's the vulnerable people that I'm concerned about most."

"Of course there needs to be more rigorous credentials for life coaches because hey, I'm a life coach, I'll help you fix your life. I mean I could say that to any of my friends as a friend and help them when they needed help."

"And I'm at a place in my journey where I feel that I myself would be a good coach because I have experienced so many things. I've also been to the professionals where there was a point in my life where I was depressed and I didn't need the medications, but I know I've already healed from what it was that caused that to begin with."

"They shouldn't be trying to diagnose people and treat people, you know, for mental health conditions. That's not their job. But, yeah, I don't believe that it's necessary for a life coach to be credentialed if they're staying in their lane and doing what a life coach is intended to do. So thank you so much."

"But, you know, we don't need to sit and chat that, you know, what happened in your childhood or what happened, you know, with your husband and now you just can't seem to get the weight off. We also don't medically diagnose you. So if a woman or a man is having a problem with diabetes or pcos, that's something you got to take up with your physician."
