  • Don’t get trapped into your stories. Own your emotions and be free.
    2023/05/18

We are continuing our journey through the shadow. In the second episode of the series, I have a conversation with Clay Lomakayu, shamanic healer, author, and creator of " The Medicine of One".

Shadows are shadows because they operate in the dark (the unconscious) and own us. Clay Lomakayu walks us through "The Medicine of One", his personal approach to help people own their rejected emotions with love and self compassion: Using the body, specific words and the technique of primordial movements, the Medicine of One is a potent approach to bring in the right vibrations, hit a specific note and free those rejected energies.

For the relaunch of my podcast, I decided to have a conversation with my dear friend and spiritual teacher Clay Lomakayu on the provocative affirmation " Surrender is not giving up". Clay is a shamanic healer, spiritual counselor, narrator, and author. Together we explore the questions: What is Surrender? Why do we resist to surrender? What does it mean to give up being right? What is Self-love?
