What does consistency mean to you? Especially where visibility is concerned for your business?

How does it look for you?

Join us as we talk about how important it is to assess how YOUR PERSONAL version of consistency looks.

It isn't always about how often you do something, but about the congruence when doing it, and the energy you are showing-up with. Is it doing you justice? Are you bringing value? Or are you just being 'visible' for the sake of it? Or because you have been told you have to post x amounts of time on social media, send x amounts of emails a week etc.?

Whether you sit more comfortably within your masculine and love structure and planning of your visibility, or if you work better within your feminine flow, that will come and go on a cyclical basis - THAT'S what's right for you!

We both believe that it is more important to listen to what your body and soul are communicating about consistency, than it is to follow someone else's version (and then potentially beat yourself up if it doesn't work for you in the same way!).
