My favorite quote from his episode - In talking about figuring out the early part of his career Seth thought “where's their room?” and concluded “The place that there's usually room is the thing that hasn't happened yet.”

In her spare time, Julia teaches spin classes at a local fitness studio — where she loves pairing her love of music and mobility with empowering others to be healthier and happier.
