This week we talk about how to deal with stress. If you didn’t know, there are two types of stress: chronic and acute. Chronic stress is when it is a long-term feeling that always comes back and feels never-ending. We said that chronic stress means something is wrong in your routine. Acute stress lasts for a few minutes to a few hours. It is very short and intense, so for acute stress, I thought you have to learn about healthy coping mechanisms and find one that works specifically for you. We had a problem with each and got into a lot of detail about both and how to deal with each situation. Remember to give us a rate and review to tell me what you think!
