paul kay continues to forge ahead, no matter the adversity, uncertainty or challenge that may lie ahead. He has been recognized for his hard work and crowning achievements as he endured suffering in mind, body and spirit that many would not have been able to tolerate. While it is true that his priority has been focused on his own personal development, he has remained firmly dedicated to being of service to humanity to the very best of his capabilities.

paul has some wisdom that he wishes to impart upon you that he believes will prove useful, insightful and valuable as you continue to walk the path of life.

Above all else, he wants you to remain focused on accepting yourself for who you are, how you are and where you are no matter what. Full acceptance is the key. Yes, we all have perceived faults and shortcomings, these are reflection points for growth, development and change. Yes, we all make perceived mistakes from time to time, these are opportunities to pivot and be present.

If you can fully accept yourself, you will be able to stay in alignment with your truth and understand that all is happening for your highest, greatest good. This may prove difficult at times, but fear not dear soul, you will have countless opportunities to fully accept yourself in the face of difficulties and hardships.
