  • I see that you are doing all the things to lose weight and try to stay the course. But did you know that there is a way you should be eating in your 40s if you want to lose weight and stay healthy? Today, if you’re eating whatever you want like you did years ago, it’s going to hurt your health more than help. There are so many possible reasons why you aren’t having the energy you want but what you’re eating could be one of the big reasons. That’s what we talk about in this episode. 

    Over and over again, you start and re-start but still find yourself stuck and feeling uncomfortable in your body no matter what you do. Nothing is wrong with you.
