Hey sister, I’m Jaclyn Castro. A wife, mom of 2, and a follower of Jesus. For many years, I had the body of my dreams and chose to do all the things for all the wrong reasons. I let a number on the scale define who I was and it stole my true identity as a daughter of the King. I finally realized that if I was going to be used by God, serve my family with meaning, and give glory to Him then I needed to do things His way instead of what I was taught by the world and fitness influencers. So I created a plan that fit me using simple strategies so I could actually stick to it.! And I am ready to share them with you. There are so many possible reasons why you aren’t having the energy you want but what you’re eating could be one of the big reasons. That’s what we talk about in this episode.
