  • This is an episode I recorded a couple of years ago and have recently referred multiple clients and those who reach out to me via social media to listen to it.

    In this episode of the Fairway Performance Podcast I interview Dr Andy Galpin. He is the director for the Center for Sports Performance at Cal State Fullerton and full time professor. He has a Bsc in Exercise Science, Msc in Human Movement Science and PhD in Human Bioenergetics.

    Andy not only knows his stuff but is also a Strength and Conditioning coach to world class athletes in many sports including the NBA, MLB, PGA & LIV golfers and UFC/combat sport athletes. He also works with TPI and contributes to their Power training modules which we discuss a little in this episode.
