Shachi Kurl, president of the Angus Reid institute, joins the show to discuss.     The B.C. government is pledging to address the province's ongoing health-care crises and doctor shortages. Emergency departments in Merritt, Clearwater and Delta have recently faced closures, adding to sporadic ER shutdowns plaguing the province over the last year. Lt.-Gov. Wendy Cocchia says B.C. will seek to expedite internationally-trained health care professionals, including attracting doctors from the U.S. Canadian Medical Association president Dr. Joss Reimer joins the show to discuss the ongoing crisis.
