There was a time that I COULDN’T enjoy my days because my body was a barrier- the body pain, the stomach aches, the need to fight tiredness all day, feeling irritable and having mood swings out of nowhere that interfered with my relationships and happiness, and irritability and general discomfort. Just not feeling GOOD.
One of the biggest contributors to my healing is learning about and focusing on GUT HEALTH. Majority of people have some degree of gut health issues and they are related to pretty much EVERYTHING!
