Cynthia has years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and human resources at Procter & Gamble, as well as in non-profits.

But first…

There are some things that you’d want a good friend to alert you to…like…

•Your fly being down;

•Toilet paper sticking out of your shoe;

•A rip in your stockings;

•Lipstick on your front teeth; and…

[Drumroll please]

•BIAS IN YOUR HIRING PROCESS.

These are all things that make you and your company look bad… or worse!
