    This week we are talking with Dr. Steven Geanopulos. Dr. G is a renowned Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist dedicated to holistic health. In today’s conversation we are going to discuss the benefits of strength training and the importance of having a proper physical movement assessment. The vast majority of people overestimate their physical capabilities and are unaware of important structural imbalances hence why having a professional movement assessment is paramount to designing the proper fitness plan. Today’s conversation is the final part of the Live 100 series with Dr G. In my prior two conversations with Dr G, we discussed the importance of VO2 max testing, body composition and blood work and today, strength training and physical movement assessment. When combined, these 5 pillars are without a doubt, the most effective and powerful methods for improving, and maintaining health.
