L. Wants to She wants to be able to learn new things, work again and be successful as my own person.
In this session, L. transforms The Critical one into her scheduling assistant, Time expander and encourager to help her do things happily, with confidence.
She gave her part a box with white wrapping and gold bow. Inside is a small, gold desk clock.
Her newly transformed part can now help her to do things with the kids happily, work successfully on her own, doing things with energy.
The words for her to say are: “You’ve got this” and “It’s OK” when I don’t.
Finally, she gave her flowers to congratulate her on her new promotion to support her to achieve enough success to be satisfied and help her have confidence to complete the goal.
Mantra is “I’ve got this/You’ve Got this” and “It’s OK!”
