Something we always say on Dem Bois Podcast is that visibility = possibility, and in this episode, I get to speak with someone whose visibility showed my possibility and gave me the permission to show up as my authentic self, Tiq Milan. Tiq is a trans rights advocate, speaker, father, teacher, and leadership development strategist, and I am very excited to share this episode.
