  • Part 7 God's Temple – You Are His Dwelling Place 1 Corinthians 3
    2025/02/20

In today’s teaching, we uncover three major Old Testament themes that reveal Christ as the true dwelling place of God:

“Don’t you know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in your midst?” – 1 Corinthians 3:16

God’s Presence in the Tabernacle & Temple – His glory once filled physical structures, but now dwells within believers (Exodus 25:8-9, 1 Kings 8:10-11).

God’s Promise to Dwell Among His People – Jesus fulfilled this as Emmanuel (God with us), and the Holy Spirit now lives within us (Ezekiel 37:27, John 14:16-17).

Jesus as the True Temple & Cornerstone – Christ is the foundation of our faith, and believers are living stones in His spiritual house (Psalm 118:22, Isaiah 28:16, 1 Peter 2:4-6).

🔹 Live as God’s Temple – Reflect His holiness and presence in your daily life.

🔹 Remain Christ-Centered – Build your foundation on Jesus, not human wisdom.

🔹 Walk in the Spirit – Rely on God’s presence for guidance, wisdom, and strength.

God’s dwelling place is no longer a building—it’s YOU! This truth was foreshadowed in the Old Testament and fulfilled in Christ. Build your life upon Him as the true foundation!

  • Part 6 Christ - The Only Foundation 1 Corinthians 3:1-15
    2025/02/19

In today’s devotional study, we focus on the importance of Christ as the only foundation of our faith. Paul warns against spiritual immaturity and urges believers to build their lives on Jesus, not on human leaders, traditions, or temporary things that will not last. Everything we do will be tested by fire, revealing whether our works are built on gold, silver, and costly stones (Spirit-led works) or wood, hay, and straw (temporary, fleshly efforts).

Spiritual Immaturity & Growth – Moving beyond divisions and learning to build on Christ.

Christ as the Only True Foundation – Recognizing Jesus as the cornerstone of our faith (Psalm 118:22, Matthew 21:42).

The Testing of Our Works – Everything we do will be tested by fire to reveal its eternal value (1 Corinthians 3:12-15, Malachi 3:2-3).

Biblical Examples – Job’s endurance (Job 23:10), the Rich Young Ruler’s misplaced priorities (Matthew 19:16-22), and Abraham’s faith test (Genesis 22:1-14).

🔹 Are you building your life on Christ, or on things that will not last?

🔹 How do you respond when your faith is tested? Do you trust God or give up?

🔹 What steps can you take to invest in eternal works instead of temporary pursuits?

The fire of testing refines true faith—only what is built on Christ will remain! Join us for this powerful devotional time, and let’s grow in faith together.

  • Part 5 The Mind of Christ Thoughtfulness through the Holy Spirit 1 Corinthians 2:10-16
    2025/02/18

In today’s devotional teaching, we explore what it means to have the mind of Christ through the Holy Spirit. Paul teaches in 1 Corinthians 2:10-16 that believers are transformed in thought, wisdom, and discernment as they align with the Spirit of God. True thoughtfulness is more than politeness—it is a spiritual discipline that reflects Christ’s love and wisdom in our thinking, decisions, and relationships.

The Holy Spirit renews our mind, replacing natural thinking with spiritual wisdom (Romans 12:2, James 3:17)

The Spirit reveals God’s thoughts, guiding us into truth, patience, and grace (John 16:13, Philippians 2:5)

The mind of Christ guards against negativity, bringing every thought into obedience (2 Corinthians 10:5, Philippians 4:8)

Thoughtfulness in action—letting our words and relationships reflect Christ’s kindness and forgiveness (Colossians 4:6, Ephesians 4:32)

🔹 How can you invite the Holy Spirit to shape your thoughts daily?

🔹 Are there areas in your life where you need to replace human reasoning with God’s wisdom?

🔹 How can you practice thoughtfulness through grace-filled speech and relationships?

The mind of Christ is a gift from the Holy Spirit, transforming our thoughts, words, and actions to reflect Jesus. Ask God today to renew your mind and help you walk in spiritual wisdom!

Suggested Memory Verse: “But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God… But we have the mind of Christ.” – 1 Corinthians 2:10, 16

    2025/02/16

In today’s study of 1 Corinthians 2:1-10, we explore how true wisdom comes not from human reasoning, but through the revelation of the Holy Spirit. Paul emphasizes that God’s mysteries, hidden for generations, are now revealed in Christ to those who are spiritually mature.

“What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived—the things God has prepared for those who love him.” – 1 Corinthians 2:9 (NIV)

    Key Points:

Paul’s reliance on spiritual wisdom, not eloquence (1 Corinthians 2:1-5)

The Holy Spirit reveals Christ, the fulfillment of God’s hidden wisdom (Colossians 2:2-3)

Isaiah 64:4 prophesied that God’s plan of salvation was concealed until Christ’s coming

Human wisdom cannot grasp the things of God, only the Spirit can reveal them

🔹 What areas of your life do you need to trust in the Spirit rather than human logic?

  • Part 3 Christ - The Wisdom of God 1 Corinthians 18-31
    2025/02/15

Join us for today’s Spirit-filled broadcast as we dive into 1 Corinthians 1:18-31,

"But to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.” – 1 Corinthians 1:24

In today’s study of 1 Corinthians 1:18-31, we explore how God’s wisdom defies human expectations. While the world seeks intellectual reasoning and philosophical wisdom, the cross of Christ is considered foolishness to those who rely on human understanding. Yet, it is the power of God for salvation!

    Key Teaching Points:

Why the cross appears foolish to the world (1 Corinthians 1:18-25)

How God uses the weak to shame the strong (1 Corinthians 1:26-31)

Old Testament prophecy in Isaiah 53:3 – The Messiah’s suffering was a mystery to Israel, just as the cross is a mystery to the world today.

1 Samuel 16:7 – God looks at the heart, not outward appearance; His wisdom is beyond human reasoning.

🔹 How does the cross challenge worldly values of power and success?

🔹 What are practical ways to rely on God’s wisdom instead of human achievements?

🔹 How does humility in Christ strengthen unity in the church?

Paul reminds us in Isaiah 55:8-9 that God’s ways are higher than ours. The cross may seem foolish to the world, but to believers, it is the ultimate display of God’s wisdom and power.

  • Part 2 Remain United in Christ Despite Differences | 1 Corinthians 1:10-18 | Belivers Unity
    2025/02/14

1 Corinthians 1:10-18“I appeal to you, brothers and sisters, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that all of you agree with one another in what you say and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly united in mind and thought.”

In today’s teaching on biblical unity, we explore Paul’s powerful message to the Corinthian Assembly and how believers can remain united in Christ despite differences. Many misunderstand unity as uniformity, but true believers' unity is about love, purpose, and devotion to Jesus, even when believers don’t always agree on secondary matters.

What You’ll Learn in This Teaching:

    • Jesus’ Prayer for Unity – John 17:20-23 and the spiritual oneness in Christ
    • Disagreement vs. Dissension – The difference between healthy debate and division
    • Why Dissension is a Work of the Flesh – Galatians 5:19-21 warns against contention
    • Practical Steps to Maintain Unity – Love over arguments, avoiding quarrels, and upholding the gospel

Paul teaches that disagreements are natural, but they must not lead to destructive divisions. Instead, believers should prioritize Christ over personal opinions, allowing love and humility to lead in all discussions.

As Ephesians 4:3 says, “Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.”
