  • Happiness Habits to Release Stress and Enhance Wellbeing

    This episode highlights research and a happiness program from the University of Bristol, in the U.K. The research answers the question, "Can you learn to be happy?" The resulting program guides you through the seven happiness habits (see below) that were identified during their research.

    This research and program information is highlighted in the article, "Happiness can be learned but it may take practicing 7 habits", published in "Medical News Today", author Robby Berman.

    In addition to the seven happiness habits identified in the article, you'll discover seven additional happiness habits and how to incorporate those habits of your choosing into your day-to-day activities to build enhanced happiness and wellbeing.

    Here are the seven habits identified in the article:
    • Performing acts of kindness;
    • Increasing social connections, including initiating conversations with people you don’t know;
    • Savoring one’s experiences;
    • Deliberately drawing our attention to the positive events and aspects of one’s day;
