    Imagine going to a routine physical and walking away with life-changing news. How would you respond? How quickly would you implement change to radically transform your health?

    After losing a dear friend who was alcohol dependent, Melissa McGovern fell into some unhealthy patterns, drinking and indulging in comfort foods. Then everything changed in August 2023.

    Her blood work showed high liver enzymes. High cholesterol. High blood pressure. Her doctor was very concerned. She knew she had to make a change, and FAST.

    After that doctor’s visit, Melissa quit drinking and changed her diet, losing a staggering 30 pounds in just 3 months. And now at age 53, she’s an alcohol-free coach, an alum of Karolina’s Empowered AF Coach Certification program, and she is SLAYING.
