    • How to prepare for your first acupuncture appointment

  • A 10 Minute Guided Walking Meditation
    2023/05/02

#20. Welcome back to Green-ish with Ari & Kate! Today we’re going to provide a guided walking meditation. Move your body while visualizing the future you desire — this can be a powerful tool and reminder that life is too short to live as the average of yourself.

We are joined by Chris Jackson. Chris has been involved in fitness for over 25 years, playing youth sports all the way up until college. He discovered yoga at the age of 21 and was immediately hooked, starting with hot yoga and practicing for 15 years before mustering the courage to join a teacher training program. Chris learned Hatha and HPF at CorePower Yoga, and has since expanded his career, becoming certified in sculpt, barre, vinyasa, and yin yoga. With nearly 700 hours of education and learning, he has taught over 1000 classes.

We hope this provides you with a moment of peace, an opportunity to reset, or a simple, deep breath. Listen in the AM or PM, whether you’re on a trail surrounded by trees, driving, getting ready in the morning, or doing your legs up the wall at night— just sit back, relax, and visualize your most glowing YOU!
