This week, I give you the scoop of how to create/maintain a schedule that allows you to nurture all of these areas through connecting with true inner fulfillment. We talk about the ins and outs of finding time for each area, as well as the reality most of us face when trying to fit each area into our "daily schedule". Life is about inner joy and the experience, and if we can embrace that day by day, we are one step closer to true well-being.
