The over commitment of extra curricular activities and sport is a stressor many children are affected in our modern life... There is a very popular approach that most kids should be part of some sort of sport, and yes movement and exercise is wonderful for mind, body and spirit. But when does the fine line from uplifting playful wellness blurs into aggressive competitive recognition?

It is a heated topic, yet because of the love and compassion to self as a parent and to best support our highly sensitive intuitive children, we open up our personal approach to expand the conversation to shift from taboo and judgment into encouraging a more harmonious approach so you can self-discover how to shape for your own family dynamic when it comes to dealing with how sports & competition affects our kids mental health .
