  • EP 67: The Ache and the Anchor
    2025/04/22

When my son was diagnosed with autism at age two—and later with Fragile X syndrome—I entered a kind of grief I wasn’t prepared for. It wasn’t loud or dramatic. It was quiet, slow, and deeply sacred. It was the grief of letting go of the life I imagined and learning to embrace the one God was writing.

In this deeply personal episode, I open up about the pain, surrender, and beauty that come with raising a child with special needs while clinging to faith in Jesus. I talk about the silent ache of broken expectations, the sacredness of honest lament, and the unexpected closeness of God in the middle of it all.

Grief doesn’t always come from death—it often comes from the loss of an idea, a dream, or a version of life we thought we’d have. But even there, God is present. Even in our most unspoken sorrows, He is faithful. And even when healing doesn’t look the way we hoped, He still gets the glory.

If you’ve ever carried a grief you didn’t choose, or wrestled with faith in the face of life’s hardest questions, this episode is for you. May it remind you that you’re not alone—and that hope still lives here, too.

  • EP 66: This Walk Will Cost You Something
    2025/04/15

In this episode of In Totality, I’m talking about what it means to truly live as a sacrifice for God.

As Christians, we love the idea of purpose, calling, and blessing, but what about surrender? What about the moments when obedience costs you relationships, opportunities, reputation—or comfort? Scripture tells us to offer our lives as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God… but are we really willing to endure suffering and persecution for His name’s sake?

Whether your walk with Christ means walking away from what’s easy, what’s popular, or what makes sense to the world — it’s worth it! If you’ve ever wrestled with obedience when it’s hard, or felt the weight of standing firm in your faith, this conversation is for you!

Tune in and be reminded: He is worthy of it all!

  • EP 65: Faith Reframed: Grace, Renewal, and the Journey with Carl Lentz
    2025/04/08

In this episode of In Totality, I had the pleasure of speaking with Carl Lentz for a vulnerable, honest, and meaningful conversation about grace, redemption, and what a renewed faith looks like.

This is Carl’s first time on the podcast, and we didn’t hold back. We talked about the power of God’s correction, and the process of rebuilding faith, and what it means to live fully dependent on God — even in the private, hidden places too.

If you’ve ever felt disqualified, distant, or unsure of how to move forward with your faith, I pray this episode reminds you: God still calls, covers, and invites us to walk with Him toward wholeness.

  • EP 64: Navigating Faith in Seasons of God's Presence and Silence
    2025/04/01

Have you ever felt on fire in your faith, only to wake up one day and feel like God is distant? I know I have. It can be confusing, discouraging, and even a little scary. But here’s what I’ve learned—these shifts aren’t random. They’re part of the faith journey.

In this episode of In Totality, I’m diving into the spiritual cycles of consolation and desolation—those seasons when God feels incredibly close and those when He seems silent. Why does He allow these shifts? What is He teaching us in them? And how do we keep trusting Him when we don’t feel Him?

I want to remind you: God is just as present in the silence. If you’ve been walking through a dry season, questioning where God is, or just trying to hold onto faith when things feel uncertain, this episode is for you! Tune in now!

  • EP 61: God Exposed My Pride
    2025/03/11

In this episode of In Totality, I share how stepping away from podcasting exposed where my trust in the Lord actually was… and where my pride had been hiding. I had to confront the uncomfortable reality that I was leaning more on my own strength than on God’s strength.

Through fasting and prayer, seeking His face daily, and surrendering to His way, I learned that faith isn’t just believing in God—it’s trusting Him completely, with everything, even when it's hard to do.

If you’ve ever struggled with self-reliance, or the fear of letting go of control, this episode is for you!

  • EP 60: A Sacred Pause and Renewed Heart
    2025/03/04

Welcome back to In Totality! Have you ever found yourself so caught up in the busyness of life that your time with the Lord becomes more about what you need from Him rather than just truly centering Him? That’s where I found myself at the end of last year, and I knew I needed to step away. In this episode, I’m sharing why I took time off from social media and the podcast, what God revealed to me through a week of prayer and fasting, and how He’s calling us to a daily dependence on Him. Fasting stretched me, refined me, and renewed my heart—and maybe it's something God is calling you to as well. What would it look like to truly depend on the Lord daily? Tune in and let’s talk all about it.
