In this episode I speak about my journey into believing in myself. I wanted to speak about this, thanks to my achievement of passing my driving test after a lot of fails. I share with you guys the process I went through to get to where I am now and both of my self-diagnose theories of why I struggle to believe in myself. I also give you some tips on how to start your journey into believing in yourself and brining out all the good qualities you have!

In this pre recorded epsiode I speak a bit about the time I went to a concert and how the following week was my brothers birthday party. I then speak about what it means to be raised Ecuadorian, explaining some of our old superstitious beliefs and traditions. I tell you what I personally believe about them and reflect on my own experiences. I share some past examples from friends and family, where I mention some sensitive subjects vaguely.
