In this episode I speak about my journey into believing in myself. I wanted to speak about this, thanks to my achievement of passing my driving test after a lot of fails. I share with you guys the process I went through to get to where I am now and both of my self-diagnose theories of why I struggle to believe in myself. I also give you some tips on how to start your journey into believing in yourself and brining out all the good qualities you have!

In this pre recorded epsiode I speak a bit about the time I went to a concert and how the following week was my brothers birthday party. I then speak about what it means to be raised Ecuadorian, explaining some of our old superstitious beliefs and traditions. I tell you what I personally believe about them and reflect on my own experiences. I share some past examples from friends and family, where I mention some sensitive subjects vaguely. I share with you all my acne story from beginning to end, with some of the home remedies I tried throughout my secondary years all the way to when I turn 21, when I took roaccutane. In this episode, I speak about el primer amor, a first love, VS el amor de tu vida, the love of your life. I tell you guys the difference between both loves and why we usually tend to confuse both loves when we are in a relationship. I also reflect back on my own experience which was my first relationship, where I had a first young love, bad, but the one that I believed to be the love of my life.

In this episode I speak about my experience of going to see Aventura with my parents, from start to finish! I let you know how special that moment was for us all and how grateful I was to have shared it with them, as I consider my parents to be my best friends. Later on, I speak about the saying "mejor sola que mal acompañada", and how I personally apply this saying. I suggest to you all how we shouldn't take losing people in a bad way but rather look forward to the better that comes, in both relationships and friendships. After having a break for one month in Ecuador I am finally back to podcasting and on this episode I tell you about how it was to go back to Ecuador after 2 years and give you un resumen about some of the things I did. I also include a small section of how it feels to come back from a holiday and finding your place all over again, suggesting to you guys that no matter the situation you are in you have to take things slowly. I tell you guys a bit more about my expectations in a friendship and what things to look out for when building new connections. I reflect on past things that have happened to me and highlight how important it is to always learn from mistakes and broken friendships, because that is the only way to learn. With that, I share one of the biggest limits I have in a friendship and why I believe no one should cross it. Hope you enjoy!

On this episode I speak about family and how important it is to be surrounded by the right ones, who look to teach you and guide to be the best version of yourself. I point out things which family members should do in your presence and absence, and questions wether or not it should be allowed even if they are "blood related". I speak about the transition of going from a child to an adult and give a reasoning to why we should follow what makes us comfortable rather than follow what we are told, by anyone in our family, aiming to break that generational cycle. I also aim to teach the importance of setting up limits and boundaries so we live a life for us and the way we want to.
