Ok, I’ve been a little [a lot] MIA this year. When I started HK Coaching in September 2020, I did it because I have an overwhelming desire to be an advocate for women and be part of the solution in the female revolution. I have been tirelessly curating a wicked arsenal of knowledge and tools to bring to my clients that I'm so proud of. As I was reflecting on where both me and my business were at the end of 2022, I realized that I needed to take a step back because I hadn't given myself a chance to really integrate everything, which left me feeling like there was impact being left off the table. So, I’ve been in the background doing a little metamorphosis behind the scenes and I have to say, it's been worth the wait!
