    Media source:

    Hey everyone,

My name is Cody, and my co-host: James will be bringing to you the latest functional data, techniques, and tips for improving your communication, your life, and your headspace.

My name is cody, I run Tri-Cities Digital Marketing

    Hey, I'm James. I'm a contractor.

We script our show in the form of topics, questions, and the data we provide. We aren’t trying to bore you by telling you things you already know. We want you do understand WHY interviewers are asking the questions they’re asking, and even follow up questions to keep you on your toes. Stay tuned.

I briefly covered how we structure our show, but this being the first episode, we decided to go with something simple everyone can use. Crushing Common Interview Questions. Wouldn’t you feel better walking into an interview, accepting you might not know one or two answers? You’ve got this, and today we’ll show you how:

Do you work well with other people?

    Tell me about yourself.

    How would you describe yourself?

How would your co-workers describe your personality?

What major challenges and problems have you faced? How did you handle them?

Describe a difficult work situation/project and how you overcame it.

What have you learned from your mistakes?

What was it like working for your supervisor?

What do you expect from a supervisor?

What does leadership mean to you?

Have you ever had difficulty working with a manager?

How do you handle stress and pressure?

What has been the greatest disappointment in your life?

    What are you passionate about?

    What are your pet peeves?

What do people most often criticize about you?

When was the last time you were angry? What happened?

Do you prefer to work independently or on a team?

Give some examples of your teamwork in completing a critical project.

Why are you the best person for the job?

Why do you want to work here?

What can you contribute to this company?

    Do you have any questions?

In closing, I’m going to try and ask everyone three questions.

What is a fundamental character trait of success?

Who is someone you think is successful, and why?

What have you done in the past week to further your success? (New strategies, new habits, new tools?)

Next week we’ll have our first guest speaker. Does guest star sound better? He’s a star in the work place. Tune in next week to Lion’s Life Coaching.
