  • In this episode, we look at the work task of outdoor work like is shown in some of our earlier podcast episodes in order to build strength and muscle endurance necessary for "The Martial Art Challenge." In our martial art training, we combine our hand techniques, kicking techniques, patterns, speed drills, and shield drills into sets usually from lowest to highest rank. Then you use a ratio of minutes trained equals number of reps, so that you can combine it with earlier challenges like the rep challenge or stretching challenge to gain workout completion throughout your day and get better at your martial art rather than better at walking!
