  • Unhealed trauma!

    Most times we may not even know that we are experiencing trauma.

    When we experience any trauma vents such child abuse or neglect, physical, sexual or emotional abuse, natural disasters. Any other stressful situation and it isn't addressed it becomes unresolved trauma. which could show up in different ways in our behaviors, relationships and general functioning.
