In a little over 3 years Only Eye Athletics has hit 5,000 YouTube Subscribers. That is huge, most channels never even reavlch 100 or even 1,000. Thank you all so much it's been a fun journey and I'm looking forward to the future. There is going to be some great content coming out soon. In this video I say thank you to everyone and talk about what's coming with some plans.

It is a little shaky I was freehanding it using my phone after I ran the race, so had nothing to stabilize plusnheart rate was high.

This is a video from the Shamrock Shake 5k held inside the Galleria Mall in Johnstown, PA. A unique 5k. I dont know of any other 5ks that are entirely ran inside a Mall. It was 7 lap aroun the parameter of the upper floor. About 200 people ran the race. I talk about the race briefly for ainute then a show one full lap of the course after I finished.

It was a good week got alot done and enjoyed the 60° day we had.
