    IDK about you but the world is feeling WAY more insane and heavy than usual. I started this little challenge for myself to find a tiny crumb of joy to cling to each day for at least a 5% boost to keep me from going into full despair mode. Shockingly a lot of other people wanted to join in too so now we have a super easy mental health and self care accountability group for people who have the teeniest bit of motivation to get through the day.
