    There are always going to be new challenges, obstacles and fears to overcome. We are on a constant hero’s journey, and we are always the HERO who comes through, who grows, perseveres and makes it to the other side with more wisdom to share.

    Daily Non-negotiables:

    It’s one thing to think about our life and compare it to the hero’s journey from a bird's eye perspective, and it’s another to zoom in and think about the tools we are going to take along the way. 

    You must have your daily non-negotiables for stress management. Here are mine, and I encourage you to evaluate and make your own list to support yourself. 

    1. Morning routine - set the tone for the day - act of self-love, first thing

    2. Daily vibe check - what state have you woken up in? - Fore self/others

    3. Must feel comfortable in my clothes

    4. Vibey music - singing

    5. Nourishing meals

    6. Supplements

    7. Room in my calendar to move things around - aligned flexibility. 

    8. Mental Breaks - every 90 minutes

    9. Turn off work at 5pm

    10. Disconnecting from technology

    11. Evening routine

    In order to prevent ourselves from getting trapped in cycles of stress and burnout, it’s a good practice to establish your daily non-negotiables for self-care, self-love and stress management.
