  • In this episode, we cover all things setting boundaries: Why setting boundaries are important, how to know when it is time to set a boundary, how to effectively communicate a boundary, and what to do if the boundary that you have COMMUNICATED continues to be crossed. I give some very clear and specific examples, as well as realistic and tangible ways to communicate your boundaries if needed. In addition, I offer some advice for those struggling to set boundaries within the work place and dive into the workspace vs. home discussion (teachers, I'm look at you!!) If you are a recovering people pleaser or someone who has a difficult time saying no and often times, you find yourself completely overwhelmed or emotionally drained, then this episode is for you.
