    In this episode, Luke Turner chats with Nirali, a pharmacist, mum, and T2Fit member, about her inspiring journey of transformation. Before joining T2Fit, Nirali felt sluggish and at her heaviest, but she knew she needed to change. “I didn’t want to reach the end of the year and be the same person.”

    In just four months, Nirali has lost 15kg, whilst still doing the things she loves, and gained the energy to enjoy life again. Her commitment to five sessions a week, including strength and conditioning, has not only improved her health but also made her a better person at home. She’s added years to her life, not just for herself, but for her family.

    Just last week Nirali took on ATHX, a fitness competition she never thought possible. She’s on a mission to inspire her little girl and stay active while enjoying life. 🚀
