    I’m going to let you in on a little secret: the trick for effortless creativity is to sync up your work with your feminine cycle. You get to dance with your natural energy fluctuations (instead of fighting them), accomplish all you need to and avoid serious burn out.

    In this episode we talk about what creative tasks to do in each of your four phases. It’s a short one, but a good one. Grab a journal or get your notes app ready - you’re going to want to jot some things down.
