As we wrap up 2024, I wanted to take a moment to reflect with you all on what this year has been. It’s been quite the ride, hasn’t it? There have been highs, lows, a lot of sacrifices, and a whole lot of growth. If I’m being honest, this year hasn’t always been easy, but looking back, I’ve learned more about myself and my business than I ever could have imagined.

The lessons, though—they’ve been life-changing. One of the biggest things I’ve discovered is how powerful faith can be when you lean into it instead of letting fear take over. And through it all, I’m just so incredibly grateful for you. Yes, YOU. Your support, your encouragement, and your trust have been everything. Because of you, we’ve reached over 3,400 downloads, and that’s just mind-blowing to me.

So, I thought I’d share a few reflections from this year that I hope will resonate with you as much as they did with me.

• Letting go of fear has opened up so many opportunities, and it’s been the best decision I could’ve made.
• One of the most powerful things I’ve started doing is taking time to reflect on my journey. Looking back at what I’ve overcome, what I’m proud of, and where I’ve grown – it really helps me align with what I want to do more of in the future.
• Great leaders don’t shy away from failure; they use it as a tool for growth. In business, owning up to your mistakes and adapting from them is essential to becoming a stronger leader.
• The growing pains of business are tough but necessary for long-term success. It’s through the pain and challenges that we build resilience and transform.
