Nicole shares the benefits of being this type of ‘nomad’ nurse, the shortcomings of being a black nurse in a rural hospital, and the challenges facing the nursing profession, in general. She juggles serving in temporary nursing positions in high-need areas throughout the state of Virginia and helps female founders, podcasters, and course creators create sizzling virtual summits that grow their businesses. When she's not working, you can find Nicole sitting VIP at a Backstreet Boys concert or eating lunch in a big rig truck with her husband.
