    1 The who or what are we surrendering to? Is it God, Goddess, the divine, our higher purpose our self?


    2 The what. What are we surrendering? Habits, patterns, mindsets, beliefs, ego?


    3 Why. Why are we surrendering? to feel more love,joy abndance safety peace?

    This step, the why can be the most motivating reason to continue the process and integrate into daily living. By remembering the why it becomes a little bit easier for the mind to surrender
